MTV Iggy Hail Bang Bang Eche
MTV Iggy Hail Bang Bang Eche As
One Of The
Top 25 Bands In The
World
Auckland, New Zealand, Thursday 29
April 2010: MTV IGGY (formerly MTV World) has hailed
Bang Bang Eche as one of the top 25 new bands in the
world. Bang Bang Eche are the only band from Australasia on
a very talented list of new artists carefully chosen by the
staff and crew of MTV Iggy, dedicated to featuring
breakthrough artists from around the world. Fans can listen
to the selected 25 bands and vote for their favourite at www.mtviggy.com.
"MTV Iggy is
pleased to select Bang Bang Eche to be a part of our
Best New Bands in the World feature. We originally found out
about them when we were researching international bands to
interview at SXSW, and when we met them their youth and
silliness totally won us over. The group's tightly composed
dance-punk jams are a testament both to their energy and
their deceptively simple songwriting ability. Now stop
sitting down and start dancing!"
