Five Lotto Players Score Lotto First Division
As Wellington and Canterbury battle it out for New Zealand rugby glory tonight, five lucky players around the country have scored their very own $200,000 share of First Division, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Todd McLeay.
The winning tickets were sold at Take Note Whitianga in Whitianga, The Cutting Bar & Lotto Shop in Manukau, Countdown The Valley in New Plymouth, Rolleston New World in Christchurch, and United Video Gore in Gore.
Lotto Powerball has jackpotted this week, and will be worth an estimated $5 million in next Saturday’s draw. Strike Four has also jackpotted to $400,000 next week.
Rosemary Hankins was tonight’s other big winner after her daughter, Glennis Walkinshaw, spun up a $150,000 Lotto Winning Wheel prize on her behalf.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was sold at Mahurangi Four Square in Warkworth. The serial number is 529-18665730-20XX.
“Anyone who bought a ticket at any of our winning retailers should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it as soon as possible,” Mr McLeay says.
