Movember for the Girls
Movember for the Girls
One of New Zealand’s favourite fashionistas is the latest in a long line of celebrities to get on board to support the men’s health charity Movember.
Antonia Prebble, from hit TV3 show Outrageous Fortune, is getting involved by acting as an ambassador for the funky Catalina Mini Mo necklace.
Designed by Catalina Miguel of Mt Eden, the cute accessory hangs from a silver plated chain and is available in black, grey and orange from www.endemicworld.com
Priced at only $35, $10 from every necklace sold will be donated to the Movember charity, so join the coolest club on the block and grab one of your own.
"I'm happy to be involved in the Movember campaign by supporting the Catalina necklaces,” says Prebble. “I think it is a great way for women to get behind this very important cause".
The Movember Foundation raises awareness around men’s health issues and funds for carefully selected charity partners around the globe. This year’s funding will go to the Cancer Society of New Zealand in support of prostate cancer and the Mental Health Foundation for its ‘Out of the Blue’ depression awareness campaign.
Over the past two years, almost 40,000 Kiwi’s have taken part in Movember raising over $3 million in aid of men’s health charities.
