MOVES IN – Monday October 26 at 9.00 PM
Big-hearted
‘aunties’ are called on to help families through the
rocky terrain of modern life, from money woes to health and
love troubles. Featuring Amiria Reriti, Ata Te Kanawa and a
bevy of special guest aunties. Tonight: Aunty Amiria meets
two young people who have been attacked while out and about.
With the help of specialists they learn some tools to deal
with similar situations in the future.
AIDS –
TUBERCULOSIS: THE SOUTH AFRICAN EQUATION (INTERNATIONAL

In South Africa,
tuberculosis is the most likely cause of mortality among
people who have AIDS. The number of AIDS orphans is
predicted to reach 3 million by 2010. Documentary makers
explore the frightening reality of the impact of this
terrible disease.

Makereti was known as Guide Maggie Papakura, the Maori
