A Food Lovers Paradise at Fieldays
Fieldays is delighted to announce the inclusion of the Cuisine Artisan Awards 2009 winners in the very popular Kiwi’s Best feature at New Zealand National Agricultural Fieldays at Mystery Creek 10-13 June.
The Inaugural Cuisine Artisan Awards 2009 recognise New Zealand’s best artisan food and beverage products. An artisan producer is one who applies their skills to making individually crafted goods, generally on a small scale and often according to traditional practices. Cuisine received over 90 fantastic entries, a short list of 35 was then selected and a panel of judges chose the 10 winning products. These artisan producers combined top quality ingredients with kiwi ingenuity and created an exciting mix of outstanding artisan products.
