London’s Hottest Stars On Tour

LONDON’S HOTTEST STARS ON TOUR

FIVE of London’s hottest stars will tour with New Zealand-born tenor Geoff Sewell in a spectacular concert series next month.

Sewell – creator and founding member of AMICI FOREVER– has hand picked his co-stars who represent the crème de la crème of artists from the world of opera, musical theatre, film and television. Geoff and his Incognito Artists are coming direct from London, where they are based, to perform solely for NZ audiences. Their closest fans include Sir Elton John, Richard Branson, David and Victoria Beckham, Nelson Mandela, the Queen and Princes Charles, William and Harry, Sir Cliff Richard and many, many other household names worldwide.

This enchanting series will begin in Hamilton on February 18 and travel to Wellington, Napier, Dunedin, Christchurch, Palmerston North and Auckland til February 28 (full schedule below). The concerts will also feature local school choirs as well as the angelic voice of ELIZABETH MARVELLY, fresh home from Europe where she's been on tour with UK'S GOT TALENT phenomenon PAUL POTTS.

‘Beautiful voices’ Sir Elton John

Now New Zealand audiences can enjoy INCOGNITO ARTISTS in a series that can only be described as SENSATIONAL and not to be missed by discerning fans of classical music and musical theatre. From Verdi to Dean Martin to Puccini to pop, this truly quality performance will be THE live show this summer.

Incognito Artists is Geoff's multi million dollar company in the UK and USA. Celia Graham has played Christine in The Phantom, Maria in West Side Story and Cosette in Les Mis, all in the West End; Emma Clifford has played Roxy in Chicago, Anita in West Side Story and is also a film and TV star; Darren Bennett is a song and dance supremo from Cats, Singing in the Rain, Hot Shoe Shuffle and a list of others. Tim Rogers has performed many operatic tenor roles in productions such as La Boheme, Turandot and musical theatre leads in Whistle Down the Wind and Aspects of Love; Martin Crewes has played Marius in Les Mis and the lead in The Woman in White on the West End, performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company co-starring Judi Dench, and in the Hollywood blockbuster Resident Evil. Tim Rogers

Tim has worked extensively in the world of Opera and Musical Theatre including ‘The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, La Boheme, Turandot, The Pearl Fishers and Jesus Christ Superstar. His UK debut was the role of Tony in the West End production and UK tour of West Side Story. He then played the role of Frederick in The Pirates of Penzance at the Savoy, toured the UK as Jerry in The Full Monty and starred as Jesus/The Man in Lloyd Webber’s Whistle Down the Wind at the Palace Theatre, London. Most recently he wowed audiences across the country in Lloyd Webber’s classic, Aspects of Love.
Tim has sung all over the world, from New York to Moscow, from Japan to Italy. He has performed with the artists including Beyonce, Michael Ball, Elaine Paige and Sarah Brightman.

Emma Clifford

Emma trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Her theatrical credits include Joseph And His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Frankie in Oh What A Night, Anita in West Side Story, Young Sally in Follies, Roxie in Chicago and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. She recently understudied and played the role of Karen in Speed-the-Plow at the London Old Vic with Kevin Spacey and Jeff Goldblum. Film credits; Lesbian Vampire killers (Momentum Pictures), Wrong Turn 3 (20th Century Fox), Pelican Blood (Ecosse Films). Television; KrodMandoon (BBC).

Martin Crewes

Martin trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in Perth. Since graduation Martin has appeared in many stage plays, musical productions and appeared in several television and movie productions. Martin’s stage musical and theatre roles include Lt Joe Cable in South Pacific, Marius in Les Miserables, Claud in Hair and Chino in West Side Story. As well as being in shows such as Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Wizard of Oz and Aspects of Love he played the lead role in the West End production of The Woman In White. Martin’s television and movie roles include Luis Amor Rodriguez in Dream Team (Sky One) and Chad Kaplan in Resident Evil.

Celia Graham

Celia trained at the Arts Educational College of Performing Arts at Tring. Her lyric soprano voice has seen her portray the roles of Cosette in Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre and Maria in West Side Story at the Prince of Wales Theatre however it is the role of Christine Dais in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre, that she is frequently asked back to play, that has cemented her position on the West End Stage.

Darren Bennett

Theatre credits include: Bobby Child in Crazy for You, Don Lockwood in the National Theatre/West Yorkshire Playhouse production of Singing in the Rain, Spring in the original British cast of the Hot Shoe Shuffle, Frederic in Pirates of Penzance, Feste in Twelfth Night, Bill Snibson in Me and My Girl, Rum Tum Tugger in Cats, Riff in West Side Story, Cheviot Hill in Engaged, Valentine in You Never Can Tell, Max in Lend Me a Tenor, Seymour in The Little Shop of Horrors, The Serpent in Back to Methusalah, Dan in Night Must Fall, Lexy Mills in Candida and Christopher Wren in the 39th year cast of The Mouse Trap.
Darren is the current Creative Manager for Incognito Artists and is responsible for the artistic development of Incognito shows and concepts.
