Artist Info:

ERIC PRYDZ (Pryda, Cirez D)
Swedish DJ and producer Eric Prydz releases singles and EPs under a variety of project names, including Pryda, Cirez D, Sheridan, Dirty Funker, Moo, A and P Project, Axer, Hardform, Dukes of Sluca, and Groove System. Most of these singles are released on his own labels, which include Mouseville, Pryda, and Pryda Friends. Under any alias or project, one thing is clear. Eric Prydz is a musical genius, the musical icon of generation Y. His DJ sets are as famous as his productions, having smashed every festival in Europe and North America. It’s our turn next for the very first time in New Zealand. www.ericprydz.com

CALVIN HARRIS DJ Set
Calvin Harris invented disco. No, Calvin Harris reinvented disco, a cult producer-slash-singer-slash-bedroom-knob-twiddler slash DJ who can make the banging-est of pop-dance tunes out of bugger-all kit. Calvin Harris will make you jump around like a silly-billy - the slamming likes of 'The Girls' and “Acceptable in the 80’s” plus  his own style of infective disco madness will meet you on the dance floor  at Summadayze.

UTAH SAINTS
Displaying the crossover traits that made the Utah Saints such a formidable force, Utah Saints’ recent release, ‘Something Good 08’ (Van She Tech Remix), is the biggest dance record of 2008 so far… Already receiving heavy daytime plays on Radio 1 from the likes of Jo Whiley and Pete Tong, who’ve named it ‘Hottest Record In The World’ and ‘Essential New Tune’ respectively.  Having sold over 6 million records to date, recorded with the likes of REM’s Michael Stipe, and performed with U2 and others on mega-stadium tours, Utah Saints remain one of the most trail-blazing outfits within electronic music.

BOYS NOIZE
Sporting a Banquet-sized remix portfolio, Boys Noize promises a captivating performance, particularly after the success of his recently released album, Oi, Oi, Oi. Hot property throughout Europe, he has reworked everyone from Bloc Party to Sebastian Tellier to Justice, Gonzales and Marilyn Manson and his music is no stranger to the playlists of Erol Alkan and Soulwax. His sound is in your face and NOISY, but you wouldn't want it any other way!

Steve Aoki. The man behind Dim Mak Records who founded artists from Bloc Party, The Kills, The Gossip, Klaxons and many more also is the same man behind the production moniker Weird Science that has remixed Peaches, Snoop Dogg and Bloc Party. Under his own name, Aoki has remixed Duran Duran and Timbaland as well as produced original work with internationally renowned producer, Junkie XL. Wildly popular club promoter and DJ, if you go out in Los Angeles  at all, you know about Steve Aoki, he has the hip factor—he has that following

THE POTBELLEEZ
The Potbelleez are DJ-producers Dave Goode and Jonny Sonic, sassy singer & MC Blue and vocalist Ilan Kidron. In October 2007 the band dropped ‘Don’t Hold Back’, which spent an incredible 17 weeks at No.1 in the ARIA dance charts and 29 weeks in the ARIA Top 40 singles chart. Their follow up single ‘Are You With Me’, hit the ground running as Australian radio’s #1 Most Added Song to national playlists. The Potbelleez live show is excitement plus, with Dave and Jonny displaying their breathtaking skills over four CDJ’s, two mixers and two FX units, while Blue and Ilan weave their magic up front. The set-up is a proven winner for music fans and promoters alike.
