Abracadabra and Magic netball combine in stick-on deal for two more years
The Colourplus Magic
netball team have scored another victory by securing leading
backless, strapless bra company Abracadabra as their
official fashion bra sponsor for two more years.
The Magic include some of NZ's most exciting and talented netballers. They have five current Silver Ferns and are coached by Noeline Taurua.
``We are thrilled to be on the sideline supporting the Magic and also sponsor the Magic mascot,’’ Abracadabra managing director Vivian Zhong said today.
``We want to inspire the love of netball for all New Zealand women. The Magic team have had a good after-match road test on Abracadabra's original backless strapless bra - light adhesive bra.’’
Abracadabra Fashions signed with the Magic in 2006 and their new deal keeps them together for another two years.
They are the official fashion bra supplier to the team for after match functions. They are also providing their strapless, backless bras as a wining prize in each of the seven home games.
``The Magic are successful women who are role models for many young women. We are proud to be associated with the best netball team in NZ,’’ Zhong said.
Abracadabra strapless, backless bras and accessories are designed in NZ. Zhong said Abracadabra products have the magic to transform woman from the inside out.
They are now planning the latest laser-cut technology for their new seamless bra which will be in stores shortly.
``I am honoured the Magic
players want to buy into our product and we are more than
happy to sponsor them for another year,’’ Ms Zhong said.
``They wear our strapless bra for fashion-wear but I
hope we can help give them a bit of magic in the new ANZ
competition.’’
Abracadabra produce the country’s fastest growing no back, no strap, stick-on reusable bra along with silicone push-up pads, reusable nipple covers and a range of other accessories.
Abracadabra bras are sold in 155 department and lingerie stories including 55 Farmers stores and all Bendon lingerie stores nationwide. They are also exports to Hong Kong and the Middle East.
```We want to be the No.1 brand in the strapless, backless bra and accessories in New Zealand, Australia and Asia.’’
