PRESS RELEASE 22 JANUARY 2007
Muffty Day In Auckland
This coming Friday the 25th of January is Fanuary MUFFTY DAY and the organisers are encouraging everyone to wear something pink to raise money for a fantastic cause.
In Auckland, the team at Women for Women Charitable Trust will be hitting the streets in their Pink dressed cars heading along Mission Bay handing out flyers and getting the word out about MUFFTY DAY. They will also be collecting donations and giving away pink lollies for the cause.
At 7pm Friday night the team will be holding a best dressed competition along Mission Bay and there will be some fantastic prizes up for grabs for those taking part.
This is a great opportunity for both the media and the public to have a bit of fun and raise awareness and funds for this amazing cause.
More details will also be listed on www.fanuary.co.nz and on all the Fanuary blog sites.
