Wellington Hotels Support International Arts Festival
Wellington’s biennial International Arts Festival is New Zealand’s premier and largest cultural event, bringing together some of the best artists from New Zealand and throughout the world.
Novotel Capital Wellington and Hotel Ibis Wellington, both part the Accor group of hotels and resorts, are thrilled to be a sponsor of the event for the second time. Running from 22 February to 16 March 2008, the festival boasts a range of talented, and often famous, artists in events including music, opera, theatre, dance, circus performances, literary and visual arts.
Novotel Capital General Manager Zayne Boon says the two hotels are excited to sponsor such an iconic event on the New Zealand arts calendar.
“Wellington really is the arts hub of New Zealand so we wanted to support and be part of this amazing event. The calibre of artists is incredibly impressive, so this is a huge highlight for Wellingtonians and the thousands of visitors who will travel here for the occasion.”
