The Royal New Zealand Ballet is doing a three-city tour of China where they will perform Cinderella and the triple bill Trinity. The Company’s first stop will take them to Shanghai International Arts Festival, and then on to perform in Suzhou and Beijing. It is their first China tour since 1985.

Meridian CEO Keith Turner said: “I see many benefits for New Zealand as a whole through the Ballet's China tour and I hope New Zealand gets to share in their stories from the tour. As a premiere New Zealand arts organisation, I know the Company will bring great credit to New Zealand. We’re so proud of them and wish them well on their tour.”

The pioneering company is performing a repertoire of outstanding dance, for international audiences, whilst continuing to build a style that is ultimately unique to the Company and New Zealand
