Visit the developing world through eyes of medical students

You are invited to take a tour of the developing world as seen through the camera lens of final year medical students.

Medical Students for Global Awareness at The University of Auckland are holding a photography exhibition this week to raise money for health projects in Fiji. The exhibition, entitled Life in the Developing World, consists of photographs taken by final year medical students whilst on electives in the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, India/Sri Lanka, Africa and South America.

The exhibition will close on Friday 5 October with a live auction to raise money for the Fiji Village Project, a collaboration with Australian medical students and the Fiji School of Medicine, providing health screening and water sanitation systems in Fiji villages.

To view the photographs and make an online bid, go to www.charityartsale.org.nz or visit the exhibition from Monday 1 October until Friday 5 October at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Park Road, Grafton. The onsite auction will take place on the closing night at 6pm.
