having a hand in the consents allowing the IWD plant at Paritutu to produce and discharge dangerous chemicals into the
environment. Knowingly for seven years after the United States Of America had band IWD from producing the same chemicals
in the USA because of the its effect on humans and its genetic effects to their families. " Hands On" is a reminder to
all of us of authorities putting profit before health of their citizen's, who they are entrusted to protect.
