Big Wednesday has jackpotted with an American Express Platinum card loaded with $250,000 added to the prizes on offer next week, NZ Lotteries Chief Executive, Todd McLeay says.

"With the top prize not won this week, the Big Wednesday prize pool has jackpotted to include the quarter-of-a-million dollars American Express Platinum card."

"Our next Big Wednesday winner can shop till they drop and will never have to look at a price tag again," says Mr McLeay.

At the next draw, on 18 July 2007, Big Wednesday players will be in to win:
- $2 million;
- Aston Martin V8 Vantage;
- Audi Q7 and
- $250,000 AMEX Platinum Card

While the top prize was not struck tonight, a ticket sold at Foodtown Greenlane Lotto in Auckland, has won Big Wednesday's Second Chance Draw.

Every ticket bought for tonight's draw was entered in the second chance draw. The prize won was determined by the H or T selection on the first line of the ticket. As the ticket selection did not match the coin toss of the draw, the ticket holder has won $25,000.

The winning serial number is 677-43120644-13XX.

"Anyone who bought their ticket from Foodtown Greenlane Lotto in Auckland, should check it immediately," says Mr McLeay.

Mr McLeay also advises that all players write their name and contact details on the back of their tickets.

There were a total of 56,894 winners from tonight's draw.
