Dream Lifestyle Prize For Big Wednesday Winner

Life will have just changed at 8.20 pm tonight for a Big Wednesday player in Tauranga who has just won the ultimate dream lifestyle package - $6.4 million cash and a multitude of luxury prizes, says NZ Lotteries' Chief Executive, Todd McLeay.

The winning ticket was sold at Tauranga City Lotto, Tauranga, and has won a total of $8,645,798 in cash and luxury prizes, the third largest First Division prize ever won on Big Wednesday.

"Our lucky winner takes home not only $6.4 million but also an Aston Martin, an Audi Q7,an American Express card loaded with $250,000 cash, $250,000 worth of luxury travel, a Rayglass Legend 2500 boat, a $500,000 holiday home and a luxury apartment worth $750,000, all the elements that make up the ultimate lifestyle," says Mr McLeay.

"Our Big Wednesday game continues to go from strength to strength and our latest Big Wednesday winner has just won the largest Big Wednesday prize pool this year," says Mr McLeay.

Mr McLeay's advice for this week's Big Wednesday winner is to write their name and address on their ticket, confirming their ownership.

"They should then contact NZ Lotteries' Wellington office on (04) 802 7000, and we can provide advice about the next steps to take," he says.

Every ticket bought for tonight's draw was entered in the second chance draw. The prize won was determined by the H or T selection on the first line of the ticket. As the ticket selection did not match the coin toss of the draw, the ticket holder has won $25,000.

The winning serial number is 673-39931905-13XX from Peninsula Pharmacy, in Waitakere says Mr McLeay.

"Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above retailers should check it immediately," says Mr McLeay.
