Part 2 of 2 Part Little Britain Date Change

Published: Fri 15 Dec 2006 04:18 PM
Part 2 of 2 Part Little Britain Now to Screen January 01st 2007
(Instead of Scheduled December 27th 2006)
Part 1 to Remain in Scheduled Place of December 26th @ 8.30pm.
Due to the BBC in the UK now not broadcasting the 2nd episode of Little Britain Abroad until the 30th December in the UK (31st December NZ time) we are in the unfortunate position of having to move Part II, of our two part series, to January 01st 2007 at 8.30pm. Part 1 will still screen on December 26th at 8.30pm as planned.
A rerun of Little Britain will now screen on the 27th December at 8.30pm instead of the scheduled LITTLE BRITAIN ABROAD.
We apologise for any inconvenience and hope that you will still be excited about the fact that brand new Little Britain is coming to C4 - part 1 of the two part series on December 26th at 8.30pm, part 2 of the two part series on January 01st at 8.30pm!
To our surprise BBC would not let lil ol' C4 play Part 2 before they had themselves!!!! The cheek of it ;-)
Details about this 2 part special are as follows:
--
Matt Lucas and David Walliams have made two special shows of Little Britain for fans this Christmas.
Celebrity guest stars include Steve Coogan, Ronnie Corbett, Paul McKenna, Peter Kay, Julia Davis, Morwenna Banks and Dawn French (who plays Vicky Pollards mother!)
In the specials the inhabitants of Little Britain are escaping abroad for the holidays!
Lou has some exciting news for Andy – the local church has organised for him to go to Disneyworld. Although Andy is worried he will miss Bargain Hunt, Lou whisks him off to catch a plane and they are even given a tour of the cockpit. Andy is desperate to press a button … as long as it’s not that big red one!
Meanwhile the only gay in the village, Dafydd, visits the Greek island of Mykanos to see his friend, Myfanwy, who has set up her own gay bar. But when she entrusts Dafydd with handing out flyers round the island, her opening night doesn’t quite go to plan.
Vicky Pollard is in a Thai jail having been caught smuggling heroin, and her lawyer is having trouble preparing her for her trial. Marjorie Dawes has been sent on a FatFighters initiative to the USA, and Bubbles De Vere is spending the summer months jetting across Europe, and pops to Monte Carlo to see an “old friend”.
The Prime Minister of England is on a state visit to the USA but Sebastian is suspicious of the special relationship between his boss and the President. Meanwhile, hypnotist Kenny Craig is in a hotel in Portugal when he bumps into his hero, Paul McKenna.
Part 1 of Little Britain Abroad will screen December 26th at 8.30pm, part 2 will now screen on January 01st at 8.30pm.
