Hoobastank Is Coming To Auckland
International rock stars Hoobastank will be performing in Auckland on Tuesday January 30 at the Studio.
Hoobastank has risen to great heights from joining together for a school band competition to international success.
They have been nominated for three Grammys and their monster ballad The Reason was one of the top rock ballads of 2004 and in Canada, it spent 20 weeks at the top, setting a new record for most weeks at number 1.
Hoobastank's infectious pop-rock stylings and energy, create a dynamic live show which has toured regularly through America and Internationally.
Their latest album Every Man for Himself was predominantly worked on during Hoobastanks' last mega-tour. The epic "More Than a Memory", features flutes, accordion, chimes and trumpets. "I was listening to a lot of Pink Floyd at the time, especially The Wall," remembers Estrin. "I like albums, and songs, that take you on a journey, that almost come across as a movie."
Hoobastank will be bringing their energetic live show to Auckland this summer.
