It’s not just about the waves when cheeky twins TK and Whare visit the Catlins in this cult surf and travel show. The hungry duo hunt for mussels and catch up with poet Hone Tuwhare before finally hitting the ocean with some local surfers who are even older than they are!

TOI WHAKAARI – Tuesday November 14 to Friday November 17 at 5.30 PM
This week’s celebration of traditional Maori performing arts features three performances from the Rangitane Regional Kapa Haka Competition held in Palmerston North in August, followed by the first performance from the Aotea Regional Kapa Haka Competition held in August in Wanganui.

TRIBAL VOICE (INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTARY) – Tuesday November 14 at 8.30 PM

Blustery weather wreaks havoc in Hastings for the team and their willing volunteers who travel from all over the region to help spruce up Waipatu Marae. Will Tawhirimatea win or will the guys and girls from Kahungunu beat the gales and get the marae ready in time? Repeats on Sunday November 19 at 4.00 PM.
