The Ronald Woolf Memorial Trust
In 1987 following the death of Wellington professional photographer Ronald Woolf, in a helicopter crash, the Woolf Family established a Trust to benefit young, aspiring photographers throughout New Zaeland. Over the last 19 years the trust has given out over $100,000.00

Melanie received the Photographic Society of New Zealand Ronald Woolf Youth Award early in her career and later gained a grant from the Ronald Woolf Memorial Trust. As such the Trust thought it fitting to bring Melanie back to NZ from the USA.
