'No Clue, No Future' Album Release

This Saturday evening, The Rabble are set to play their official all ages launch of their debut album No Clue, No Future.

The Rabble are a young band from the Hibiscus Coast. In the 5 years they've been together, they came second in the smokefree rockquest in 2003, played with many international touring bands including Sick Of It All, Strung Out and Comeback Kid and the band have sold hundreds of copies of self released EPs.

This time round, the Rabble have done it properly! With producer Greg Haver (Manic Street Preachers, Lost Prophets) working on their NZ On Air funded single 'Carry On' and Dave Rhodes (award winning mixer for Blindspotts debut album in 2003) producing other tracks. The single 'Carry On' is currently played on The Rock, Kiwi FM, Juice TV, Alt TV, C4 and has made it in to the C4 Select Top 5 numerous times.

The album [about individuality and perseverance] has been available at Real Groovy for the last few months and has featured in the Top 10 music chart for a few weeks. The CD is about to be available from Sounds. The band have just finished their first mini tour of New Zealand, playing Wellington, Palmerston North, Mount Maunganui and Auckland.

Taken from the March issue of Tearaway:

The Rabble reckon the key to their success will be motivation and their positive presence.

"You can look like a kiss-arse band and play kiss-arse music and sing about kiss-arse things, or you can look quite different and real questionable and then sing about things which are positive and have a good message – I just like it, eh," deduces guitarist Sam.
