Reuben Paterson is the winner of the Development Award with his work “Nemesis”. This strong black and white work glitters with spectrum colours from diamond dust. The prize consists of $15,000 covering a New York residency with the International Studio Curatorial Program (ISCP) including airfares.

There are also two Runners Up Awards. Robert McLeod for his work “Self Defence”. An acrylic work on ply full of cartoon-like images carefully cut around, seeming to grow out of the base that also inhabits the floor. Richard also receives $1500 cash.
