Coke New Releases - Fresh Music from the fridge

Coke New Releases - Fresh Music from the fridge
Saturday October 15th 11am - 12pm, TV2

For any of you who went to the Black Eyed Peas last week, you’d know the supertop was buffetted by more than just bass, forcing the band to hop across town and lay their groove elsewhere. Thankfully though, we managed to sneak up on Ap and Taboo before their hair got too messed up. Find out what they’ve got to say.

Someone tipped us off that Elemeno P were releasing their brand spanking new album ‘Trouble In Paradise’ this week, so not only have we got their new video, hot off the press, but both Dave and Scott drop by to give us the low down and nonchalently slip a few advance copies our way. If you want one, win one.

On top of that we’ve the newly released collection of The Prodigy’s singles to give away, the latest from Fat Freddy’s Drop, Young Jeezy and The Game, plus we’ve a gorgeous model in the corner of the lounge up for grabs - she’s the Sony MHC-RG270 complete with double cassette deck. Just tell us your favourite new release and go in the draw to win her.

Top of the Pops

This week in the Top of the Pops studio we are very excited to welcome back Elemeno P to celebrate the release of their eagerly anticipated second album ‘Trouble in Paradise.’ And because we love those guys so much we’ve got Dave and Lani to give Bede a helping hand with presenting the show!

Also on the show this week we have exclusive international performances from Nickelback with ‘Photograph,’ Ms Dynamite with ‘Judgement Day’ and Coldplay’s brand new single ‘Fix You.’

Coke Countdown
Sunday October 16th 10am - 12pm, TV2

Everyone’s favourite diva Mariah Carey struts back into form this week demanding a spot in the top ten next to our very own Nesian Mystik, while telling them to ‘shake it off’. The saucy little minx, what’s next?

Well, it’s a new number one, that’s what! Yes, the big news, after many agonising weeks atop the charts the frog has finally been snuffed, replaced by a living, breathing, human being. Who’d have thought it? Meanwhile Robbie Williams continues his triumphant return to the pop charts and the feelers ‘stand up’ remains one of the longest serving singles in the top 40.

We also give you the chance to take away a copy of the Bloodhound Gang’s well proportioned latest, along with Nesian Mystik’s top ten hit.

Plus there’s brand new fresh kiwi clips from Fat Freddy’s Drop, Elemeno P and Bic Runga, along with the destined-to-be-massive ‘soul survivor’ from Young Jeezy and Akon.

Don’t miss it!
