Lions Shorter Odds To Win Third Test Than Second

CENTREBET MEDIA RELEASE (JULY 7, 2005)

Lions shorter odds to win third Test than second

Centrebet is offering shorter odds on the British and Irish Lions winning Saturday's Test series finale against the All Blacks than it was on them squaring the ledger in Wellington last weekend.

The Lions are 19-4 with Centrebet to win at Eden Park. They were 5-1 to win at Westpac Stadium.

"These are the worst Lions ever to leave British and Irish shores but New Zealand's injury list gives them some hope of avoiding a Test series blackwash," says Centrebet's Gerard Daffy.

Centrebet punters have backed the All Blacks into 4-6 (from 10-11) for the Tri Nations title.

Third Test 1-7 New Zealand 19-4 British and Irish Lions

Tri Nations 4-6 New Zealand 5-2 Australia 18-5 South Africa
