Kia ora , Scribe has just gone platinum in Aus, The Checks are in the UK on the NME Tour, The Brunettes have just completed an American tour with The Shins and Goldenhorse are playing gigs in London; Aotearoa music doing it proud at home and abroad! Speaking of The Checks their new EP, What You Heard, is available from us as a complete download.
Also we reckon that with Pegasus, The Phoenix Foundation have delivered an album that will get you through the crappy and rainy weather being dished up at the moment in NZ. Summer 2003, APRA silver scroll winner Guy Wishart and vocalist Belinda Bradley sat down on an inner city Auckland verandah and began to write songs. With a Dictaphone and a vintage acoustic guitar, they fleshed out a handful of songs and began to form the concept of their new band to be named RECLINER.
