The involvement of women in skiing and snowboarding – IMPACT features more women than any previous Warren Miller movie, and these 17 women rip. Check out former Olympians Kelly Clark and Hannah Hardaway, big mountain skier Wendy Fisher and freeskiing phenomenon Ingrid Backstrom.

The only people who ski and snowboard better than the athletes in IMPACT are the cameramen shooting them with 10kg cameras and traveling at the same speeds down the same extreme lines. Every year Warren Miller receives thousands of CVs from hopeful skiers, snowboarders, camera operators and the like, who long to land their dream job to film the best athletes on the snow, travel to the most remote locations in the world, and then see it premiere on the big screen. IMPACT offers a peek behind the lens with the men and women living the dream.

More than 71 winter sports athletes including big mountain skiers Jeremy Nobis and Chris Davenport, freeskiing heavy weights CR Johnson and Mark Abma, snowboarders Dave Downing and Hannah Teter and adaptive sit-skier Sarah Will. Discover these athletes' personal stories and what drives them to perform the impressive on-snow feats featured in IMPACT.

Global IMPACT – from dramatic scenes from Wrangell-Saint Elias, Alaska, the largest national park lands in the world, the 9,000 foot mountains of the Bansko ski area in Bulgaria, and the perfect Christmas card cover of Davos, Switzerland, IMPACT is truly a global ski and snowboard adventure.

Along with adrenalin filled action and magnificent scenery, IMPACT delivers a high energy soundtrack on a state-of-the-art digital sound system. Plus every ticket holder receives a two for one lift ticket offer for single day tickets or up to five consecutive days at Mt Hutt Ski Area during 2005 (excluding July 9-24).

The New Zealand tour of IMPACT is presented by THE EDGE® and co-sponsored by Mt Hutt, Colorado Ski Country USA and United Airlines. For more tour information visit warremiller.com.au/nz
