All you ever wanted to know about four-wheel drives (4WDs) - from thrilling competitions and product reviews to education and safety - will feature in an exciting series soon to screen on Triangle Television.
4WD TV, a 10-week Australian-made series that highlights a number of New Zealand 4WD events, begins on Friday, March 18 at 8.30pm.
The half-hour programme covers all areas of four-wheel driving including trip and track reports, club reports, events, competitions, news, product reviews, education, safety and more. It attracts about 100,000 viewers a week across Australia.
4WD TV has covered several New Zealand events including the Denny's New Zealand Winch Challenge, the Jeep Jamboree and the Motu Safari which was filmed at the Off Road NZ and Hidden 4WD Parks. It has also reported on an exclusive 4WD day trip through private property.
The series covers events in Australia and includes footage of the Malaysian Rainforest Challenge and an awesome American rock-crawling scene.

is drawing a huge audience. Triangle Television is
Auckland's only regional, non-commercial television station
and has operated as a public broadcaster to Greater Auckland
since August 1, 1998. The channel screens a mix of
regional-access television with international news and
information programmes. It is non-profit making and operates
with no funding from NZ on Air. Triangle broadcasts 24
hours daily from UHF channel 41 and, in Remuera and
surrounding suburbs, from UHF channel 52.
