Welcome to Dance Your Socks Off at BATS! This week we have the fabulous Kilda Northcott Dance Company and AkeAke Theatre Company presenting an hour of magical dance and physical theatre, Being, Running, Jumping, Still, Stone, Struck.

Tickets: $15 waged $10 concession

Works from Kilda Northcott's new Dance Company and AkeAke Theatre Company. Featuring Rebecca Trist, Shona Stockwell, Rhys Latton and artist Craig Watson.

'Go Go' - a work devised by Katharina Waldner of Strident Dance Company fame, is spurred and inspired by the human race.

'I am Skelly', is a dance-theatre solo work from AkeAke's Rhys Latton, winners of Best Theatre Award at this years Fringe NZ for their mythical creation 'Perfect Pool', AkeAke are known for making theatre experiences which spark intuitive, visceral responses, and creating dance with threads of theatrical coherency and contradiction.
