Auckland, October 4th, 2002 A great sporting event, the Louis Vuitton Cup challenger series fot the America¹s Cup
2003, started in the past few days in Auckland, New Zealand.
Among the nine participants that will try to win the right to face team New Zealand the holder of the smartest trophy,
the all-italian team lead by skipper Vincenzo Onorato. It is ³TIM Mascalzone Latino ITA 72², a team that in the past two
years worked hard in Portoferraio, Elba Island, to be ready for the important event.

The Modena based company has agreed to become Official Car Supplier of Mascalzone Latino all-italian team reacing in the
America¹s Cup.
The Maserati cars for Mascalzone Latino are four, two Spyder and two Coupé models all equipped with Cambiocorsa and
supplied by the Australian importer.
The agreement between Maserati and Mascalzone Latino is perfectly according to the ³all-italian challenge² in the
Mascalzone Latino philosophy.
