SHOWTIME ONLINE – nzoom.com launches its new season of online shows

As TV networks prepare for their new seasons, nzoom.com is launching its 2002 season with four interactive shows going online covering news, entertainment, technology and a new online situation comedy.

Insite is a daily show hosted by Paul Moor and provides a summary of top stories. It is available on demand from 9am each weekday morning and outlines what is available across nzoom.com including news, sport, business, technology, entertainment, etc. Viewers will be able to click on icons as they watch the show to get more detailed coverage of each topic.

Enter is a weekly entertainment show hosted by Cameron Officer and Aidan Rasmussen. It includes celebrity interviews and reviews of CDs, books and movies. Viewers can click on icons on screen as they watch to win prizes and get more detailed coverage of each topic. They can also choose to watch individual items rather than the entire show.

Weekend Wrapup is a weekly technology show hosted by Victoria Wells. It includes interviews with newsmakers, two regular commentators, Felicity Anderson of One Business and Paul Brislen from IDG. Again viewers can click on icons on screen to get more information about people being interviewed or the topics they are talking about.

What Four is a short form five-part situation comedy series with a cast of four young local actors who play a group of flat mates. One episode went online each day last week and interactive options allow the show to build to one complete viewing experience.
