A world of exclusive and tailor-made whiskies is coming to New Zealand, as the world’s biggest whisky club launches this May

The Whisky Club, a global leader in online whisky retail renowned for exclusive one-off single malt whiskies created exclusively for its Members, is set to elevate the collections of New Zealand’s whisky lovers.

The Club works with the world’s best distilleries to create an exclusive whisky for its 37,000+ members each month. Previous collaborations include exclusive malts with the likes of Glenmorangie, Glendronach, Benriach, Balvenie and Bushmills.

The first whisky bound for the doorsteps of New Zealand Whisky Club members is the multi-award winning Aberlour 2010 Double Cask Matured — the first-ever exclusive from the distillery.

To celebrate The Whisky Club’s arrival, one new member will win tickets for two to Scotland for a whisky holiday worth $19,000. The Club is also hosting launch parties in Auckland at its partner bars Rocketman and Panacea.

“We’ve had so many requests to come to New Zealand, and we’re launching with a bang,” says The Whisky Club’s Director of Whisky Seamus Carroll.

“We’ve just launched and over 600 New Zealanders have signed up already. This historic speed of signup illustrates just how thirsty Kiwis are for the world’s best single malts! But they don’t need to miss out any more, and we’ve got an incredibly special whisky for them to kick things off. We can’t wait to share a dram with our new members to celebrate this new exciting whisky chapter. We’re also working with local distilleries to bring Members the best of New Zealand.”
