Christchurch Airport Flights Cancelled Or Diverted After Lightning Strikes

Lightning strikes have affected some of the critical infrastructure at Christchurch International Airport resulting in some flights being cancelled or diverted, though the airport remains open.

Airways New Zealand's General Manager People and Partnerships, Jamie Gray, says technicians are inspecting the equipment and beginning repairs.
