With North Auckland experiencing massive residential growth, Century 21 New Zealand has announced its Albany and Silverdale franchises have formally decided to work a lot closer, ensuring unbeatable coverage and service for clients.
The agreement sees Albany franchise owner Ivan Rakich of Century 21 Darrak Realty and Silverdale franchise owner Clive Goodman of Century 21 Crism Realty, and their respective teams, now across both areas.
Both principals remain ultimately in charge of their own offices which enjoy high profile locations. Century 21 Darrak Realty is in the old Albany village on Dairy Flat Highway, while Century 21 Crism Realty is on Silverdale’s main street, Silverdale Street.
“Having Albany and Silverdale working together will seriously power up Century 21’s presence and cut-through in North Auckland. Our salespeople will be able to draw on both databases, reaching two huge and fast-growing catchments at once. It’s a really exciting sales proposition,” says Ryan Mitchell, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.
As well as considerable Century 21 success in Albany in recent years, the Silverdale office has been busy in the wider Hibiscus Coast and Bays area. This includes Millwater and now the massive Milldale development across the motorway.
Mr Mitchell says this North Auckland co-operation also provides a golden opportunity for real estate salespeople working for other North Shore or Hibiscus Coast companies who want a change for the better.
Under Ivan Rakich’s leadership, Albany has been one of Century 21’s best performing offices since opening four years ago. At the same time, the Silverdale office brings considerable property management experience, boosted by Clive Goodman purchasing the well-known franchise last year.
“When you combine both teams and skillsets, it makes for a very strong union. It’s a win-win for both Albany and Silverdale and is more good news for Century 21,” says Derryn Mayne, Director and Co-owner of Century 21 New Zealand.
“Century 21 clients now have a much wider and deeper reach into North Auckland. Unrelenting growth means incredible opportunities for buyers and sellers alike, but they first need to choose the right agent and agency,” she says.
Ryan Mitchell says both offices bring not only drive and proven success, but integrity and professionalism in spades - backed by Century 21’s global reputation and reach.
