A ‘wise’ move to snap up lifestyle block on Hamilton's outskirts
Hamiltonian Rod Wise's name will live on in history through a lane named after himself at Puketaha and recognition by
Waikato District Council for 18 years as a district councillor in the Hukanui ward, even though he is leaving his
beloved lifestyle block.
He developed and lived on the 1.6 hectare ”superbly set up” lifestyle block at the end of 5 Rod Wise Lane for many
years, but is moving into town and the property is going up for auction on May 30 through Bayleys Hamilton salespeople
Scott Macdonald and Karl Davis.
Referred to as one of Hamilton’s best northerly locations close to the city and to the popular Puketaha Primary School,
