Russell McVeagh has been recognised as New Zealand's top tax firm, winning the New Zealand Tax Firm of the Year award at the International Tax Review Asia Tax Awards last night.
For the fourth year in a row, the firm was also named the New Zealand Tax Disputes & Litigation Firm of the Year.
The prestigious awards recognise exceptional work in the area of tax across the Asia-Pacific region, with the nominees judged on the criteria of transaction size, innovation, complexity, and impact of the work they have completed in the past 12 months. Russell McVeagh's wins are a credit to the firm's outstanding work in areas such as tax law reform, tax advice on commercial transactions and tax disputes and investigations.
The firm would like to extend congratulations to all of the other winners and finalists, and to thank its clients for the opportunities to work on some of New Zealand's most significant tax work.
