Russell McVeagh welcomes Commercial Property Special Counsel

Commercial property lawyer Sarah Blackmore has joined Russell McVeagh as Special Counsel as the firm's latest appointment in its growing Property and Construction team.
With more than 14 years' experience, Sarah brings extensive commercial property expertise and specialist knowledge in commercial leasing, residential subdivisions, forestry, and foreign investment in New Zealand property.
Sarah has a proven ability to build strong rapport with clients and provides expert advice on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and businesses, commercial leasing and associated transactions, development agreements, subdivisions and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Russell McVeagh, she has acted on several large scale commercial acquisition and disposal transactions of freehold, leasehold and unit title estates, including preparation and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements and agreements to build and lease.
Russell McVeagh Board Chair, Malcolm Crotty, says the firm will continue to invest and add capacity where market demand is strong and opportunities are abundant.
