Published: Mon 18 Mar 2019 02:50 PM
ACC has set up several direct points of contact for victims, and the families of victims, of Friday’s terror attack in Christchurch.
A direct phone line – 0800 080 273 (international +64 7859 8678) – and a new email address christchurchresponse@acc.co.nz will both connect people directly with a dedicated team to handle all aspects of the claim process.
An information sheet outlining the support ACC can provide to victims and their families has also been produced, and is being translated into several languages. https://www.acc.co.nz/assets/general/acc-support-available-to-victims-of-christchurch-terror-attack.pdf
All information, including contact details, relating to the support ACC offers victims has been posted on ACC’s website

People who prefer talking to someone face to face are able to visit ACC’s Christchurch branch in level 2 of The BNZ Centre, 101-11 Cashel St. The branch is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
