ACC sets up direct contact for victims


ACC has set up several direct points of contact for victims, and the families of victims, of Friday’s terror attack in Christchurch.

A direct phone line – 0800 080 273 (international +64 7859 8678) – and a new email address christchurchresponse@acc.co.nz will both connect people directly with a dedicated team to handle all aspects of the claim process.

People who prefer talking to someone face to face are able to visit ACC’s Christchurch branch in level 2 of The BNZ Centre, 101-11 Cashel St. The branch is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
