AllGoods App Takes Top Spots in App Store
• New Kiwi app has been the #1 trending shopping app in the Google Play Store
10 days after the launch of their mobile app, NZ ecommerce marketplace AllGoods has released a statement detailing how it performed after the release. It has been the #1 trending Google Play shopping app in New Zealand for 3 days running and consistently ranked in the top 10 free shopping apps overall.
AllGoods is a New Zealand online marketplace for both brand-new goods sold by businesses and secondhand goods sold by everyday Kiwis. The app allows users to list items for sale in less than 30 seconds and lets buyers and sellers chat instantly through the platform.
“We are over the moon with this result.” said AllGoods CEO Levi Fawcett, “The backing from thousands of New Zealanders has really given us a boost and we’re still trending above highly competitive apps such as The Warehouse and AliExpress.”
“More and more New Zealanders are hearing about us but the funny thing is we’ve had people from overseas trying to list stuff too. Last week we had a lady in Texas selling her bike through our app. Unfortunately we had to turn her down because we only accept NZ sellers but it was still great to see how far the word has spread.”
AllGoods say that thanks to the influx of users since the app launch they now have over 150,000 listings, 600 retail partners, and daily transactions have increased by over 40%. They say that the company is delighted as this bolsters their position for the Christmas rush.
AllGoods launched their website in April this year but had promised to deliver a mobile app to provide for the ever growing number of mobile users.
