Century 21 names quarterly winners

Century 21 New Zealand

Tuesday, 6 November 2018

Century 21 New Zealand has announced its real estate winners for the third quarter of 2018.

“Wellington’s strong and ongoing sales performance is a notable highlight with East Auckland taking the crown for property management,” says Ryan Mitchell, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.

For the third quarter running Wellington’s Century 21 First Choice Realty took out Top Office for the Quarter for both GCC (Gross Closed Commission) and Units (the number of properties listed and sold). While its salesperson Jeh Wasti won Top Salesperson for the Quarter for both GCC and Units.

Wellington was also ranked the company’s sixth most successful office Australasian-wide.

Century 21 Edwards Realty in Botany had a strong quarter too. Property Manager for the Quarter Over 250 (the highest number of new managements by an office with more than 250 managements) went again to Vicki Southgate while Administration Team Member for the Quarter was Edwards Realty’s James Basnett. The franchise also won Property Management Office for the Quarter (Over 250) along with Century 21 Sunrise in Somerville, also in East Auckland.

Property Manager for the Quarter (Under 250) was Esme Cole of Century 21 Platinum in Tuakau.

Collett Realty of Century 21 Unsworth Heights on Auckland’s North Shore won Property Management Office for the Quarter (Under 250). Collett Realty also took out The Gold Hat Award for achieving Excellence in Media Promotion for the second quarter running.

The Platinum Award for sales went to Wellington’s Jeh Wasti of Century 21 First Choice Realty with the Gold Award going to Fenny Ang of Century 21 Edwards Realty, Botany.

Silver Awards went to Derryn Mayne (Century 21 Gold Real Estate, Manurewa); Christine Stevens (Stevens Realty, Mangakino); Phil Mac and Alen Moshi (Century 21 First Choice Realty, Wellington); and Roger Webb (Century 21 Premier, Turangi).

“Despite plenty of talk about New Zealand’s real estate market, these third quarter awards show Century 21’s strength continues in our main cities, regional centres and small towns,” says Mr Mitchell.
