Europcar in New Zealand and Fly Buys announce exclusive partnership
Global leader in vehicle rentals, Europcar in New Zealand and NZ’s favourite loyalty programme, Fly Buys will partner from 1 November 2018 so that Kiwis can collect Fly Buys points locally and overseas when booking through the Europcar website and spend points on car rental in New Zealand.
Stephen Jones, Europcar Mobility Group General Manager in New Zealand says this partnership is an opportunity for their customers to make their money go further.
“Fly Buys is a perfect fit for us as they offer more than 6,000 different rewards for their customers. At the end of the day, we want our customers to have the best possible experience when renting a vehicle with us and Fly Buys will extend that experience with access to an unmatched range of benefits and rewards,” says Mr Jones.
“We’re really pleased to welcome Europcar to the Fly Buys family,” says Dave Mansfield, Chief Partnerships Officer at Loyalty NZ. “Our customers want choice and convenience when collecting and spending points and we’re always trying to exceed their expectations. Europcar has the newest fleet of rental vehicles in NZ, giving our members the best possible experience.”
Jones says both parties have customer satisfaction at the heart of their businesses and are always looking for opportunities to reward customers.
With more than 2.8 million members, a reach of 80% of Kiwi households and over 900,000 redeemed rewards in the last 12 months, Jones says the Europcar-Fly Buys partnership is a win-win for customers.
“Our customers love loyalty programmes - and rightly so. With so much choice, they expect to be rewarded for their loyalty with the best offers, and that is exactly what we are doing,” says Mr Jones.
Europcar is a global leader in mobility solutions and launched in New Zealand in 2008. It operates 3,835 agencies worldwide and with 60 years’ experience and offers a premium fleet of vehicles and the latest technology in customer vehicle hire services.
