Century 21 appoints new National Manager for NZ

Ryan Mitchell has been appointed the new National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.

He was recently the real estate company’s Network Development Manager and prior to that was their top performing salesperson.

“Ryan brings fantastic firsthand experience and knowledge of the real estate industry as well as plenty of success. We’re delighted to now have him heading Century 21 New Zealand,” says Charles Tarbey, chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia.

Mr Mitchell held the title of “Top Salesperson Of The Year” for two consecutive years – 2016 and 2017 - across the Century 21 New Zealand group.

Last year at Century 21’s Australasian Convention in Surfers Paradise he was also named a recipient of the Centurion Producers Award – the most prestigious sales award presented to the highest individual achievers across the globe.

Originally from North London in England, Mr Mitchell has been a licensed real estate salesperson for over eight years.

This year Century 21 announced its international rebranding campaign which includes a refreshed colour palette and a shortened, modernised brand name - C21. Now being rolled out across New Zealand, the company’s new branding and new messaging has been well received.

“The new C21 branding is on another level and I really like it. The branding is modern and stylish and will assist us in attracting a new workforce of industry professionals towards the brand. It’s built around defying mediocrity and delivering extraordinary real estate experiences to consumers. I’m excited about the opportunities our repositioning and new look will help deliver,” he says.

Mr Mitchell says continual growth of the C21 brand throughout the country is his focus and he is keen to speak to anyone about the endless opportunities within the new C21 brand.

His priorities for Century 21 New Zealand include investigating untapped locations for new offices; increasing business development support to existing franchise owners including recruitment, retention and sales training; encouraging greater use of social media in sales and marketing to ensure better targeting and traceability; and growing a company culture based on exemplary service and results.
