Jasmax Announces New Workplace Strategy Lead
Sarah Bryant, Senior Workplace Strategist and experienced commercial designer, has been appointed the new business lead for Jasmax’s Workplace Strategy unit, effective September 2018.
Sarah, a highly experienced and award-winning workplace designer, has delivered numerous notable projects across the country, including the interior design and workplace strategy translation for Fonterra’s global headquarters. For the last three years she has held a senior workplace strategy role within Jasmax subsidiary NotYetKnown.
Sarah’s first priority in assuming this leadership role is to integrate Workplace Strategy into Jasmax’s multidisciplinary workplace team. In 2015, recognising a gap in the market for independent strategy services, Jasmax established business incubator entity NotYetKnown to evolve its workplace strategy offering, as well as provide broader consultancy services. In this time, NotYetKnown delivered workplace strategy and strategic advisory services to firms including KiwiBank, Landcare Research, Kiwi Property, Auckland
Tourism Events & Economic Development (ATEED), Callaghan Innovation and Mercury Energy.
Demonstrating the agility and responsiveness that has been a defining characteristic of Jasmax, workplace strategy will be integrated with the firm’s architecture and design offering. It will provide clients with a seamless end-to-end experience and the ability to design buildings to better meet business objectives. With Sarah’s dual experience as both a designer and strategist she is strongly placed to deliver this objective. Andy Anderson will continue to lead Jasmax’s integrated architecture and interior workplace design offering, and NotYetKnown will be placed in stasis until the next big business challenge comes along.
Sarah, an Associate Principal at Jasmax, assumes the role from respected architect, strategic designer and Principal Tim Hooson. Tim leaves Jasmax and NotYetKnown to pursue his focus on organisational transformation and creative strategy design.
