A Queenstown-based property management company is once again the ‘best of the best’ in New Zealand -- leading the way

The world’s coolest property management team had the leaderboard running hot at New Zealand’s biggest property
management conference.
It beat off stiff competition from larger franchises and independent offices from around the country to once again romp
home with the title of Small Residential Property Management Office of the Year, also landing a top three spot for
Business Development Manager of the Year.
Housemart Queenstown opened its doors in the resort town eight years ago, bringing more than 40 years’ experience in
property management under one roof.
In that time it has won an outstanding 13 top national titles from industry bodies such as Leading Property Managers of
New Zealand (LPMA NZ) and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).
It’s picked up the gongs as Agency of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Support Person of the Year, Excellence in
Customer Service, Rising Star Award, and Excellence in Business Development.
