Unisys and OutSystems Partner to Help Australian and New Zealand Organisations Speed Web and Mobile Services to Their Customers

Unisys to use OutSystems low-code development platform for rapid application development to accelerate agile delivery, turning ideas into apps faster

WELLINGTON, New Zealand, 11 September 2018 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that it has become an OutSystems strategic reseller and implementation partner in New Zealand and Australia. Unisys will use the market-leading low-code development platform from OutSystems to create applications that enable faster agile delivery of digital transformation for New Zealand and Australian government and commercial organisations.

“Many clients have told us that even with agile approaches to digital transformation – which rely on cross-function collaboration and quick response to change – ideas and requirements too frequently outpace their ability to deliver or update enabling applications. With the OutSystems platform, our development teams can quickly create applications that support our clients’ digital transformation initiatives and in turn enable them to create new revenue streams by delivering commercial customers and citizens a wider range of web and mobile services. That means better business and government outcomes for all stakeholders,” said Richard Amer, Director for Digital Government Unisys Asia Pacific.
