Gull provides relief from fuel hikes driven by low NZ dollar

Published: Thu 23 Aug 2018 11:23 AM
Motorists heading away this weekend can enjoy savings of 10 cents off per litre on all fuel types at Gull across their entire network, from 7:00am on Thursday 23rd August, 2018 until 12pm (mid-day) on Friday 24th August, 2018.
“A week ago we saw the NZ dollar trade below 66 cents against the US dollar, almost at a two year low. This instigated a spike in fuel prices bringing them back to the highest price NZ has experienced this year.” says Gull spokesperson, Rohan Mehta.

No minimum dollar or maximum litre restrictions apply to this offer. From 7:00am today, we are simply dropping price boards and pump prices for everyone to enjoy the discount”.
“Gull Glen Eden, our newest addition to the Gull network is an unmanned site located at 265 West Coast road, which will be our lowest priced site in Auckland today, offering 91 regular octane for $2.037 per litre”.
