HealthCare New Zealand a preferred provider for MidCentral DHB
Media release: 13 July 2018, for immediate release
HealthCare New Zealand is thrilled to have been selected as a preferred provider of integrated Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) by MidCentral District Health Board.
“I am delighted that we will be working with the DHB to help people stay independent in their own homes and communities,” says Regional Operations Manager, Tania Henare.
“For more than 19 years, HealthCare New Zealand has been supporting people here to live their lives the way they want to. With offices in Palmerston North, Dannevirke and Levin, we are deeply committed to the region.”
“People are at the heart of everything we do. HealthCare New Zealand’s greatest asset is our exceptional team of support workers and registered nurses – and this was reflected in recent recognition that we are New Zealand’s fourth most attractive employer.
“We are working in close partnership with the DHB, exiting providers and others to make sure people who need to transition to a new provider on 1 October make this change safely and seamlessly.”
“We look forward to continuing to support people in the MidCentral region, helping maintain their independence and quality of life,” Mrs Henare says.
