Jasmax Successes at 2018 Property Council Awards

As the architectural and design awards season continues in New Zealand, Jasmax is pleased to be able to congratulate more project and client teams on their successes at the annual Property Council Industry Awards. Jasmax were finalists for seven projects and took home 10 awards on the night.

The results of the Property Council NZ awards were announced at the gala dinner, hosted at Auckland's Spark Arena on Friday 15 June. We would like to congratulate all those shortlisted, including our clients and the design and project teams for their success for the following developments:

Transpower (Waikoukou) received the Supreme Winner award on the night. The project also picked up an Excellence & Best in Category award in the Commercial Office category including a Merit award in the Green Building category.
Ara Kahukura picked up the Excellence & Best in Category award in the Green Building category as well as a Merit award in the Education category.
Sale Street Apartments came away with an Excellence & Best in Category award in the Housing Multi-Unit category.
12 Madden Street (the home of GridAKL) collected an Excellence award in the Commercial Office category.
The Foundries was recognised in the Housing Multi-Unit category with a Merit award.
Rangiora High School – Rakahuri Building received a Merit award in the Education category.
Whenua Pupuke – Waitemata Clinical Skills Centre was also awarded a Merit award for the Health and Medical category.
