Meet Deloitte’s 14 new leaders
Two new partner and twelve new director appointments provide fresh perspective to Kiwi companies’ business challenges
Wellington, 18 June 2018 – Deloitte is pleased to announce the appointment of two new equity partners and twelve new directors, effective from 1 June 2018.
These new leader appointments bring the total number of equity partners across the firm’s six offices to 118, and the number of directors to 55.
Tax experts Bart de Gouw and Hadleigh Brock are new Auckland-based partners. Bart has 22 years’ experience in transfer pricing in New Zealand and Europe. And Hadleigh has over 13 years’ experience providing tax advice to domestic and international clients.
Deloitte’s twelve new directors are based throughout the country and provide expertise and leadership across the full breadth of Deloitte’s service offerings; including audit, tax, technology and systems, strategy and performance improvement, risk management, corporate finance and accounting services.
Deloitte New Zealand Chief Executive Thomas Pippos says these latest appointments reflect the firm’s ongoing investment in its people, its focus on diversity and inclusion and its commitment to the continued growth of the New Zealand practice.
“Our investment in these fourteen new leaders reflects both the current demand for our services and our optimism for the future, and underscores our commitment to providing professional growth opportunities for our people,” says Mr Pippos.
“They bring a range of diverse experience to their roles and underscore our absolute commitment to delivering the highest level of service to clients across the entire country,” he said.
