AA Insurance win Award for Sixth Year Running

Auckland, 13 June 2018. Canstar Blue Home and Contents Insurance award goes to AA Insurance.
For most of us, our home and what we have in it is the most valuable (and most valued) possessions we have so we don’t really like to think about anything going wrong with it. Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go as planned and through accidental damage, theft, or natural disaster, we find ourselves left with a hefty bill to replace or fix things. That’s where home and contents insurance comes in.
Every year Canstar Blue surveys policy-holders across New Zealand to find out how they rate their insurers. As well as price, we look at the claims process, speed of response, quality of service and communications.
Overall Customer Satisfaction
Recording another outstanding performance, Canstar Blue is pleased to announce AA Insurance as the winner of our Most Satisfied Customers Award for 2018. This is the sixth consecutive year that AA Insurance has won the title.
Richard Park, Head of Marketing and Distribution for AA Insurance, says the award recognises the dedication and commitment the team at AA Insurance has for providing the best customer service possible from Sales and Service to Claims.
“Our customers have come to trust that AA Insurance will behave in a genuine manner, always put them first, and be there when they need us. We’re really proud to receive this award, and of our people who are there for our customers everyday.”
