Leading analyst takes home INFINZ research award

Last night’s prestigious INFINZ Industry Awards celebrated excellence and leadership in New Zealand’s capital markets industry.

The awards recognise innovation and excellence in the country’s financial and capital markets, and work to raise standards across the industry.

- Research Analyst of the Year award where the winner is decided by voting amongst the larger New Zealand based fund managers which actively invest in Australasian Equities, and

- Best Sharebroking Sector Research and Service Area Awards, where the awards are determined by polling the leading Fund Managers and notified today in the New Zealand Herald.

Congratulations to Stephen Ridgewell, Senior Research Analyst at Craigs Investment Partners, winner of the MinterEllisonRuddWatts Research Analyst of the Year Award for 2018.

The voting institutions highlighted Stephen’s 100 per cent commitment to alpha generation and his proven ability to predict major changes supported by sound research. His research and models on aged care, healthcare, media and technology and helpful approach were also commended.
