FairWay appoints Principal, Dispute Resolution

FairWay Resolution Limited, New Zealand’s largest specialist dispute resolution and conflict management organisation, has promoted Denise Evans to the role of Principal, Dispute Resolution.

Denise is a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator with over thirty years’ experience in the dispute resolution industry. As part of this role, Denise will provide Dispute Resolution leadership within FairWay and will champion the use of Dispute Resolution services in New Zealand and internationally. Reporting directly to FairWay’s Chief Executive, Denise maintains oversight of FairWay’s Commercial Services.

FairWay is an independent, employee-owned organisation with the purpose of leading the prevention and resolution of disputes. The role of Principal was established to ensure that dispute resolution excellence and quality remains at the forefront as FairWay delivers on its five-year strategy.
